Wild Lioness Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at  with photos of the damage or defect for verification. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged goods. Once verified, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion.

Refunds

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds are only available for items purchased directly from the Wildlioness website, not from third-party retailers.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale Items

 Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final sale unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
